Welcome Dinner, Monday, 14^th September 2015, 19:00 - 21:00 hrs

Following their short or long trip to Berlin, participants will get together in the Seminaris Campus Hotel to enjoy a delicious buffet accompanied by the music of an authentic Berlin artist.

Boat Tour, Tuesday, 15^th September 2015, 17:00 - 21:00 hrs
Meeting point: reception desk at 16:45 hrs, the transfer buses will start at 17:00 hrs

Let’s board the boat "MS Wappen von Berlin" to explore Berlin from the water. Participants will learn more about Berlin’s “green lung” with its plethora of lakes and rivers. City Tour, Wednesday, 16^th September 2015, 17:00 - 19:30 hrs
Meeting point: reception desk at 16:45 hrs

Travelling in comfortable coaches, participants will enjoy a 2.5-hour guided tour through various historical and modern districts of Berlin. They will learn more about the history of Berlin and the lifestyle of its inhabitants. The former Major of Berlin, Klaus Wowereit, said: “Berlin is poor but sexy” - see for yourself! Dinner will be provided in the Seminaris Campus Hotel.

Visit of St. Annen Church, Thursday, 17^th September 2015, 18:30 - 19:30 hrs
Meeting point: reception desk at 18:15 hrs

Let’s visit St. Annen Church which is only a 10-min walk away from the hotel. This church is more than 800 years old and was built of cobblestone and brick. The tour features church music and highlights from the history of St. Annen Church. Dinner will be provided in the Seminaris Campus Hotel.

Gala Dinner, Friday, 18^th September 2015, 20:00 - 24:00 hrs

"After the conference is before the conference" - participants and guests will look back on the week of ICT-14, exchange their impressions and discuss a possible new venue for ICT-15. There will be ample time to enjoy the buffet, listen to music and for dancing in the Seminaris Campus Hotel.
