Abstract Submission

Submission
Please complete the abstract submission form (170.0 KB) and e-mail your abstract to BrucellosisBerlin2014@bfr.bund.de Abstract submitters will receive an initial confirmation of receipt within a few days. By submitting your abstract you agree to copy editing of your abstract and publication within the conference proceedings.
Language and Style
The conference language will be English and abstracts must be submitted in English. Use the template provided for download to ensure your abstract is presented in the right style and format.
Conference Registration is Required
All presenters must register to attend the conference. If an abstract is accepted and the speaker does not register, the abstract may be withdrawn.
Preferred Mode of Presentation
When you submit your abstract, please indicate your preferred mode of presentation:
- poster only
- oral or poster presentation
The best abstract submissions will be given an option for oral presentation. All others that are accepted will be poster presentations at the poster session.
Abstract Evaluation
Abstract submitters should ensure that their abstracts provide sufficient details to allow a successful review process. Members of the Scientific Committee will evaluate the scientific quality of the submitted abstracts on the basis of the following criteria: novelty of the research, significance of the findings, and clarity. If an abstract is poorly written to the extent that its novelty and importance cannot be determined, the paper will not be accepted for presentation at the conference.
Abstract Acceptance and Next Steps
Authors will be informed of acceptance of their abstracts by the Scientific Committee. Decisions will be announced around 30 July 2014.
