Tasks
- Creating, implementing, continually revising and supporting institute-wide emergency/business continuity management (BCM) and the relevant documents and regulations
- Planning, co-ordinating and implementing emergency planning activities, such as regular training sessions and briefings (incl. preparation of up-to-date training documents), evaluating the same and providing legally compliant documentation
- Supporting responsible parties in organisational units for determining and continually developing procedures, alarm checklists and codes of conduct for the adequate management of relevant emergency events, for reducing risks and minimising damage to people and property, as well as maintaining operating processes (emergency planning) or restarting them as quickly as possible
- Involvement in the management and reappraisal of emergency events at the BfR
